Online Volunteers Needed

The Datelinehealth-Africa portal exists to promote public health awareness and knowledge in Africa with the aim of improving health and well-being in the region.

The site has become such an enormous project that we need more help. Specifically, we seek help from Online Volunteers who have access to the Internet and are able to spare a flexible hour or more each week to help-out from their homes, offices, colleges, schools, institutions, corporations or wherever they may be around the world.

Everybody is a volunteer who contributes his/her labor, talents and/or financial support. Volunteers should not expect to be paid but will be publicly acknowledged for their contributions.

We need persons to help with:

* Authoring / Researching Articles

* Interviewing / News Gathering 
 * Web surfing - Collecting / Submitting news, reports, research abstracts, etc.

* Posting information to site

*Answering Email - Ask Experts, Get Help

* Moderating Message and Discussion boards

* Monitoring chat rooms

* Online Training - Public health, Health policy, Policy Advocacy, etc.

* Marketing portal products and services

* Soliciting Advertising 
 * Fund Raising & Donation drives
