DLHACharities™ Raffle is an initiative of Datelinehealth-Africa Inc., a non-profit corporation chartered in and governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

The core mission of Datelinehealth-Africa Inc is to raise standard of living in Africa by promoting communication and access to information needed to improve health and wellbeing.

The DLHACharities™ Raffles offer the public worldwide, the opportunity to participate in draws and win high end luxury vehicles while proceeds from the draws are distributed after expenses to various charities in Africa in the pursuit of our mission. 1. Participation in DLHACharities Raffles is simple and subject only to the Terms and Conditions detailed below.
2. Tickets can only be purchased online with confirmation of purchase offered by return of email.
3. Sale of tickets for a specific raffle closes when all specified numbers of tickets are sold for that raffle.
4. Within fourteen days after the closure of a specific raffle, a blind but public process for selecting the winning ticket is conducted by the Promoter under the supervision of a team of independent auditor and legal counsel appointed by the Promoter.
5. The winner of a raffle is informed by email and publicized world-wide (unless otherwise specifically requested by the winner and agreed to by the Promoter).
6. Delivery of the winning prize is effected within 30 days of a raffle draw at the address provided by the participant at time of purchase of ticket.

1. The DLHACharities™ Raffle is open to all persons worldwide aged 18 and over except the Promoter's employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition.
2. By purchasing a ticket for the Raffle, the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The DLHACharities™ Raffle is governed by US Federal and State (Delaware) laws and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under US Law and the Courts of the State of Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
3. Tickets can only be purchased online to enter a raffle. When you follow the on screen instructions, the computer will register your entry into the raffle after the completion of your contact details and cleared payment. After doing this, you will receive an email to confirm your entry into the raffle. Please note you will not be deemed entered into the raffle until your payment is confirmed received by the Promoter.
4. When the pre-stated number of ticket entries has been sold, the raffle will close. A publicly organised blind draw of all sold tickets will then be held no later than fourteen days of the closure of a raffle in the presence of a lawyer, a certified public accountant and a representative from the Promoter.
5. The winner will be the person whose ticket number is chosen at the blind draw. The decision of the selection team will be final and binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. By accepting these terms and conditions and purchasing the DLHACharities™ Raffle ticket online, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering the raffle. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of the DLHACharities™ Raffles unlawfully. If in any doubt you should immediately leave this website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
7. The winner will be notified at the address or telephone number given in the contact details within 20 days of the closing date of a relevant raffle.
8. Any entrant may check the status and/or results of all DLHACharities™ Raffles completed within the last 12 months at the Datelinehealth-Africa.net website.
9. A DLHACharities™ Raffle winner will be required to fax a copy of his/her winning ticket and confirm his/her identity and legal age by faxing the relevant page of his/her passport or driving license or national identity card to the Promoter. If a ticket purchase was made by credit card, the purchaser has the responsibility to prove upon demand by the Promoter that the card was legally his/hers or that s/he had authorization to use it, before any prize may be paid or delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.
10. The prize for the DLHACharities™ Raffles may vary from one raffle to the other but would always be a luxury vehicle chosen by the Promoter and announced at each raffle. In order to ensure that a winner can take delivery of a vehicle specifically approved for use in his/her country of residence; the vehicle attached to a specific raffle is paid for only after a winner is known following a draw and his/her country of residence is ascertained.
11. All winning vehicles are delivered world-wide with local sales and import duty taxes only paid but all other taxes, inclusive of, but not limited to registration, insurance and licensing charges due will be the responsibility of the prizewinner. The promoter reserves the right not to deliver a winning vehicle to any country where the laws prohibit the sale and ownership of luxury vehicles meeting the specifications of the winning vehicle.
12. A cash alternative that does not exceed the most competitive dealer retail cost of a matching winning vehicle in the State of Delaware, USA, may be paid to the winner of a DLHACharities™ Raffle at the specific request of the winner of a raffle.
13. The Promoter will take responsibility for the storage of a winning prize free of charge for 14 days after notifying the winner. If the winner is not able to claim his/her prize at the expiration of this grace period, a storage charge per week may apply until the winning vehicle is claimed.
14. Acceptance of a winning prize by the winner gives the Promoter the irrevocable right to use the prizewinner's name and other personal details as supplied in the ticket purchase form for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel any raffle, for any reason, before or after all or some of the entry tickets have been sold. In these circumstances the Promoter will return the ticket purchase cost to all entrants in the cancelled raffle without obligation to pay any interest whatsoever.
16. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. The Promoter shall not be liable for any consequential loss, damage or injury no matter how caused, arising from the use of any winning vehicle. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prizewinner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the raffles promoted by the Promoter.
17. The Promoter disclaims any responsibility for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions due to any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability and/or for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorized human act connected with entry in the DLHACharities™ Raffle.
18. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorize the Promoter to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by the Promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you specifically tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing materials) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you.
    
    In order to process, record and use your personal data the Promoter may disclose it to (i) any credit card company whose name you give; (ii) any organisation (whether or not connected to the Promoter) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you; (iii) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter's rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you; (iv) any person to whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; (v) comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country; and (vi) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.
    
    In order to process, use, record and disclose your personal data, the Promoter may need to transfer such information outside the United States. In that event, the Promoter avers to ensure (without giving any warranties whatsoever) that your personal data will be adequately protected during the course of such transfer to the extent permissible by the secure socket layer technology in use at the website.
19. The Promoters reserve the right to make any reasonable and lawful amendment to any part or whole of the Instructions and/or Terms of the DLHACharities™ Raffle at any time without prior obligation to notify entrants. Such amendment(s) when made shall be posted to this page of the DLHA site from time to time.
